Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Because perfumes and bukhoor are personal-care products, returns are handled carefully for hygiene reasons.

Refund policy

All sales are final once a product is opened or used. Sealed and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (original shipping cost is non-refundable).

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping).

How to request a return

Email info@alhamliya.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions within one business day.

Condition requirements

Returned items must be in their original packaging, sealed, with all tags and inserts intact. Returns that fail this check will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Custom-blended perfumes, opened gift sets, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return except in damaged/defective cases.
